To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Return policy for hygiene products
We prioritize the health and safety of our customers, and because of this we do not accept returns of hygiene products such as shampoo, conditioner, mask and the like, due to hygiene reasons.
