Welcome to BHBD! We want you to feel safe when shopping with us. Below, you will find our terms for purchase and delivery. By placing an order on bhbd.com, you agree to the terms published at the time and confirm that the information you provide about yourself is correct. The terms "we," "our," and "us" below refer to BHBD.

1. Orders
- When you place an order in our webshop, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Remember to check your junkmail as well, just incase it ended up there.
- If you do not receive an order confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us at info@bhbd.com.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if fraud or technical errors are suspected.
2. Prices and Payment
- All prices are stated in the currency applicable to the country you are shopping from.
- For orders within the EU, VAT is included according to applicable regulations. For orders outside the EU, no VAT is charged, but you may be required to pay customs duties and other fees according to your country’s regulations.
- The currency displayed at checkout is the one that will be charged upon payment.
- We offer the following payment methods: Klarna, PayPal, credit card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
- For card payments, the amount is charged immediately upon purchase.
- Kits, promotions, and discounts cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.
3. Delivery
- We deliver to the following countries with the specified delivery times and costs:

- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination of the order.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- If the package is not collected within the given time frame, it may be returned to us. Unclaimed packages will be charged a fee to cover our costs.

4. Returns & Right of Withdrawal
- You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order, in accordance with EU law (Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU).
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Return shipping within Sweden costs 39 SEK and is paid by the customer.
- Return shipping within the EU and the rest of the world is also paid by the customer.
- We will refund the amount within 14 days after receiving and approving the return. The refund will be processed through the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet, follow these steps:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your card provider – it may take some time before the refund is officially registered in your account.
- Contact your bank – processing time may delay the refund appearing in your account.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The following products may not be eligible for return, depending on their condition:
• Cosmetic and hygiene products (including hair products) that show signs of use or have been opened in a way that affects their resale condition. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of used products.
Please note: While we do our best to ensure product integrity, these items are not sealed and therefore may be eligible for return if they are unused and in resalable condition.
• Custom-ordered or made-to-measure products, which are created specifically to your requirements, are exempt from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned.
Return Instructions – Sweden
- Submit a return request:
- Click on “Account” in the store menu, or visit https://account.bhbd.com.
- Log into your account:
- Enter your email address in the “Email” field and click “Continue.”
- Open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code.
- Return to the webshop and enter the six-digit verification code - Select the order you want to return and click “Request Return.”
- If your order includes multiple items, select the items you want to return.
- Choose a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Click “Request Return.”
- You will receive a confirmation email that we have received your return request.
- If your return is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label.
- Package the item securely to ensure it is not damaged during transport. -Include the packing slip that came with the package when returning your item.
- Print and attach the return shipping label to the package.
- Once the product has been returned and approved, you will receive a refund.
Returns within the EU (outside Sweden)
- Customers outside Sweden but within the EU follow the same return process but will not receive a return label from us.
- The customer must arrange the return themselves, choose a carrier, and pay for the return.
- The return must be sent as a trackable package, and the tracking number should be emailed to info@bhbd.com.
- Include the packing slip that came with the package when returning your item.
Returns outside the EU – Duty-Free Returns
If the item is returned within 30 days and in its original condition, it may qualify for duty-free re-entry to Sweden. To avoid paying customs duties again, ensure that the following documents are included:
- Export Documents: Proof that the item was originally shipped from Sweden (e.g., original export document or original invoice).
- Return Declaration:** Clear marking on the package that it is a return (e.g., annotated invoice).
Responsibility for Returns
- You, as the customer, are responsible for the risk during return shipping, including the risk of the product being damaged or lost in transit. Package the item securely to ensure it is not damaged during transport.
5. Complaints & Warranty
If an item is damaged or defective, contact us immediately at info@bhbd.com with pictures and a description. We comply with consumer protection laws and offer complaints for manufacturing defects. Approved complaints will be replaced with a new item or refunded.
